Is there a minimum order?
No, we do not have any minimum order value. You can place orders as per your requirement.

You are free to browse our site, but when we deliver, we need to know who you are and where you stay. Therefore, we need you to register before making your purchase.

No, we don’t charge any additional fee.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Our products undergo multiple quality checks before they leave our processing center. However, in the rare case that your order was damaged during transit, you can request a replacement, cancellation, or refund by contacting our customer support at 9900907560 within 15 minutes of receiving the products.
Note: For any quality complaints. it is compulsory to hold the product in the original packaging for review by our quality team. Basis product availability, we will arrange for a replacement or will refund the amount to EDM wallet/the same payment method you’ve used to place the order.
